Our office hours are patient oriented and Dr. Tate is available for emergencies. Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday, and from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday (we are closed on Friday). For your comfort we offer nitrous oxide. Convenient and flexible payment plans are available and most insurance is accepted and filed.
